- You can arrange a funeral with us by calling to any one of our locations, by telephoning us or we will call to your home.
- A Death Notification Form is obtained from the doctor who attended the deceased.
- The family indicate their requirements regarding the date and venue of the funeral. We co-ordinate these arrangements with the Church and confirm that they are in place.
- The choice of traditional burial or cremation is agreed.
if a new grave has to be purchased, we can arrange an appointment for the family to select the grave.
- Our qualified staff effect the removal from the place of death for preparation and dressing of the body for presentation to the family.
- prior to the church ceremony the deceased can repose in the hospital/nursing home mortuary, our funeral home, or a family residence.
- The family, with our assistance if required, decide on the wording for the death announcement. We co-ordinate its publication in the newspapers nominated by the family.
- We co-ordinate any requirements the family will have with regard to the coffin, transportation, flowers, church music and soloists.
- We provide you with a detailed breakdown of our costs.
