Death Notice

The death has occurred of Ray (Raymond) LYONS of Garretstown, Meath / Ranelagh, Dublin.

Ray passed away peacefully at St Vincent’s University Hospital, in the company of family and friends. He will be sadly missed by his devoted mother Marie Brigid, by his steadfast and loving partner Annie, by his sister Catherine and brothers Des, David and Matt, by niece, nephews and extended family and by a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Aungier Street on Tuesday with family in attendance from 4 pm to 6 pm and prayers at 5 pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to St. Mary's Church, Haddington Rd., arriving for 10 am Funeral Mass which may be viewed by following the link https://www.churchservices.tv/haddingtonroad afterwards at 12 noon in the Garden Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross by following the link https://www.mountjerome.ie/garden-chapel-service/. Family flowers only, donation, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.
