"A note of sincere thanks to you and your team for the most kind and professional manner in which you cared for Dad, my family and I following my Mum's death. Thank you for being so attentive when Mum requested you call to the house the week before and for your time with us on the morning of her death. Your drivers were so kind and the chapel in your premises was lovely. I particularly wish to note the drivers' kindness and thoughtfulness who were there to take Mum away. It was all done so gracefully as we had decided to say our final goodbye to Mum at home. I am sure it cannot always work out that way but I found the continuity of the same familiar face on the team from Thursday morning to Saturday afternoon at the cemetery so comforting. We felt in safe hands at such a difficult time".
